    Fellowship Meets
    The Presbyterian Fellowship will meet 1:30 p.m. June 8 in the Yaw Chapel on the S.J. Campus.
    June 8 is Pentecost Sunday.
    ‘‘The color to wear, if you have such, is red, which stands for the Holy Spirit’s witness to the world through the disciples,’’ a press release from the fellowship said.
    All are invited to attend.

    Alton ‘Ike’ Cropley
    Services Slated
    Monday in Juneau
    Alton Isaac “Ike” Cropley, 92, of Juneau, died May 18, 2014, at Alaska Native Medical Center after a brief illness.
    Ike’s memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 9, in Juneau at Glacier Valley Church of God on Thunder Mountain Road.
    A potluck dinner reception will follow, downstairs. Ike will be laid to rest the following day at the Alaskan Memorial Park in Juneau, near Frances, his wife of 37 years.

    Ventures Open
    House Friday
    The Ventures Program will host an open house 2-4 p.m. Friday at Baranof Elementary School.
    New and returning students and their parents are invited to meet the new staff and take a tour of the program. Registration paperwork will be available.

    Practice Listed
    T’ai Chi Chih Practice by the Sea will meet 10 a.m. June 7 behind Kettleson Library on the water side. All are invited to participate. It is not a class.
