Either a free eight-hour Home Buyer Education Class or a home-study course will be offered if classes are not available. Currently, no classes are scheduled for Sitka. For more information call 1-800-459-2921.
Homes will be built for local, limited-income households. They will be built to SCDC specifications with contractor funding or through the buyer’s construction loan, SCDC said.
