Police received the following calls as of 8 a.m. today:

March 24

Two protective orders were issued, at 12:22 a.m. and 1:22 a.m.

Animal problems were reported at 8:49 a.m. in the 1800 block of SMC; and at 9:19 a.m. in the 3200 block of HPR.

At 10:48 a.m. suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Street.

A parking problem was reported at the ferry terminal at 11:32 a.m.

At 4:07 p.m. a bear was reported on Rudolph Walton Circle.

At 7:28 p.m. a caller in the 1300 block of SMC requested EMS.

At 11 p.m. EMS was requested at the Pioneers Home.

A theft was reported at a liquor store at 11:57 p.m.

March 25

At 12:18 a.m. a caller reported suspicious activity in the 400 block of Katlian.

At 2:48 a.m. a caller reported suspicious activity on Brady Street.

At 5:42 a.m. EMS was requested on Wachusetts Street.

 

Emergency Calls

Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 12:02 p.m., 7:40 p.m., 10:40 p.m., 11:15 p.m. and 11:23 p.m. Tuesday, and 2:28 a.m., 3:31 a.m., 5:46 a.m. today.

 

Sitka Police

Moses Alley Jarquin, 19, was charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and theft in the fourth degree Tuesday.

Allana Carlos, 23, was charged with theft in the fourth degree.
