Sitka Police Department received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:
Nov. 8
Police checked on a report of a domestic fight, which turned out to be a loud argument. One of the people involved received a disorderly conduct warning.
At 11:44 a.m. a criminal trespass warning was signed against a resident.
A caller reported a possibly intoxicated driver leaving the Lincoln Street area. The driver was stopped and arrested.
A woman reported losing a black camera at Beaver Lake last Sunday.
A white terrier with a collar was reported running at large on a back alley off Lincoln Street at 3:14 p.m.
At 3:34 p.m. a woman left her contact information in case her son’s iPhone 7 was found.
A resident reported losing a wallet.
Police received a stalking order to serve.
At 9:27 p.m. a bartender reported a woman refused to leave a private club when asked. She was escorted off the premises and given a disorderly conduct warning.
At 10:13 p.m. a caller reported fog or smoke, which smelled of burning rubber or diesel on Granite Creek. The fire hall and police responded, and determined the smell and smoke were from an oil-burning heater and no help was needed.

Jack L. Joseph, 28, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
In Court
A charge of driving without a license was dismissed against McKay Parsons, 19.
Emergency Calls
At 10:17 p.m. Wednesday a fire truck was sent to Granite Creek Road to check on a report of something burning, which turned out to be an oil-burning heater. No help was needed, the fire hall said.
