The following calls came in by 8 a.m. today.
June 19
A caller reported losing a wallet and set of keys on a red coil lanyard.
At 11:59 a.m. a man reported his wallet had been stolen an hour before.
At 12:10 p.m. a woman asked for help after an item was stolen from her at a grocery store. Police talked to a manager, and a criminal trespass form was signed against an individual.
At 12:25 p.m. a woman showed officers a photo she had taken of a man dressed in black shouting threats at her as she passed him on Katlian Street.
At 1:08 p.m. a 911 caller reported a vehicle in a ditch in the 3900 block of HPR. Police and fire department personnel found no vehicle, but did see what appeared to be anti-freeze spilled by the roadside.
At 4:42 p.m. a driver struck a dog in the 1400 block of HPR, and called the owners.
At 5:12 p.m. a caller reported a dog had been tied up for several hours next to Baranof Elementary.
At 5:30 p.m. a two-car collision was reported in the 1900 block of HPR, but no injuries were apparent, police said. A tow truck was called.
A driver turned in a bag left on the Red Line bus at 7:49 p.m. Police left a message with the owner.

Janet Joseph, 40, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass Tuesday.
Patrick J. O’Brien, 25, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of violating conditions of release by not staying in sight or sound of his third party custodian, and resisting arrest.
Robert J. Cain, 56, was charged Tuesday with criminal trespass.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department dispatched ambulances at 2:21 p.m. and 9:24 p.m. Tuesday.
At 12:29 p.m. Tuesday a fire truck was sent to 485 Katlian Street after an exhaust fan failed to clear smoke from the kitchen, and the smoke alarm went off, the fire hall said.
At 1:10 p.m. Tuesday a fire truck and ambulance were sent to the 3900 block of HPR on a report of an accident, but no cars were there, the fire hall said..
Rev. Frank Ockert
Service Set June 22
Services for Rev. Frank E. Ockert will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 22, at the Sitka Church of the Nazarene.
An interment ceremony at Sitka National Cemetery will be followed by a reception at the church.
Rev. Ockert, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and a Sitka resident since 1992, died June 10 at the age of 94.
