Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:
September 21
At 10:25 a.m. a welfare was requested in the 900 block of HPR.
A theft was reported on Granite Creek Road at 5:10 p.m.
An animal problem was reported on Hemlock Street at 6 p.m.
Police are investigating a report of harassment.
September 22
Suspicious activity was reported near the Lake and Lincoln streets intersection at 2:28 a.m.
At 5:32 a.m. a welfare check was reported on Haven Lane.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 1:35 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Monday.
At 7:39 a.m. Monday an engine went to 200 Flume Circle where burned food caused alarm but no fire.
