At 8:24 a.m. a woman told police a man had grabbed her right hand and tried to pull her into a vehicle. Officers advised her of her options, and spoke to the man at his house. He admitted he’d grabbed her. Officers found no evidence of a crime but warned him of harassment.

At 2:45 p.m. a caller said a dog was in an older vehicle with the windows up in the 500 block of Lincoln Street. Officers spoke to the dog’s owner, who said they had just returned from a run and that was why the dog was panting. The animal control officer found no sign of neglect, noting there was water in the vehicle and the windows were about a foot down.
At 8:58 p.m. a 911 call came in, with yelling in the background. When officers called back, a man said he was having trouble with a nephew, and that his wife had kicked him out of the house for the night. He said he was going to get help from other nephews. His wife told officers he was intoxicated.
