The following calls were received by Sitka police by 8 a.m. today:
Aug. 26
At 8:43 p.m. a truck was reported to have gone down an embankment on Eliason Loop. Officers found the truck was getting to a vehicle that needed a jump start, and since it was on private property no police help was needed.
At 12:53 p.m. a caller reported finding a duffle bag and backpack near his vehicle in the 900 block of HPR. He said he put the items next to a building.
At 4 p.m. a caller asked for a criminal trespass order on Katlian Street.
At 7:55 p.m. a caller reported seeing a man at Crescent parking lot dragging a female by her arm as she tried to get away. Police filed charges.
At 9:42 p.m. a caller said neighbors were being noisy and might be fighting. Officers gave two individuals criminal trespass and disorderly conduct warnings. A key was given to a caretaker and the residence was secured.
Aug. 27
At 12:33 a.m. a caller complained of loud music from a boat at Thomsen Harbor. He said it happens constantly after harbor personnel have left for the night. Officers tried to contact a man who quickly went inside a boat, turned off the music and lights, and refused to come out.

Phillip Choi, 29, was charged with driving with a revoked license.
Alexandra McGraw, 20, was charged with minor consuming Tuesday evening.
Nicholas Middleton, 20, was charged with minor consuming and furnishing, purchasing or delivery of alcohol to persons under 21 Tuesday evening.
In Court
Tyler David Abercrombie, 22, of Glendale, Ore., on a charge of furnishing alcohol to persons under 21 pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 120 days with 115 days suspended, and fined $1,000 with $500 suspended. He will be on probation for one year.
Carl Eli See, 57, on a charge of misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree (possessing while intoxicated) pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and fined $1,000 with $750 suspended. He is to receive substance abuse evaluation, and will be on probation for one year.
Kelly Ray Crowder Jr., 27, on a charge of assault in the fourth degree (reckless injury) pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 160 days with 100 suspended. He is to receive substance abuse evaluation and will be on probation for two years. On a charge of violation conditions of probation, his probation was extended to June 30, 2016.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department dispatched ambulances at 12:30 p.m. and 11:37 p.m. Tuesday.

Michael Stringer, environmental specialist for Sitka Tribe of Alaska and a founder of the community garden, takes the concept of Earth Week literally. This weekend he hopes others will share his appreciation for “earth” and things growing in it by joining him in preparing the community garden just behind Blatchley Middle School for another growing season.
