Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:
November 15
At 8:14 a.m. a 911 caller said a man was walking behind a woman on Price Street screaming profanities at her. While talking to police, the caller said the two had separated.
A kitten found on the trail at Kimsham field was taken to the ACO.
Officers were advised a man was talking of suicide. The man talked to police and agreed to go to ER.
A driver backed his car into a boat, causing damage, a caller on Lance Drive said.
At 9:37 p.m. a caller said four homeless men on the sidewalk were having an argument. The men told an officer were they just talking.
November 16
At 1:30 a.m. a man called police about a 911 call he’d made. He began yelling at Dispatch, threatening officers, claiming he was being harassed, and refusing to leave. Officers agreed he was highly intoxicated and were finally able to escort him out.
At 2:43 a.m. an unconscious man was reported lying on the sidewalk at 212 Katlian. He had a head wound, and was taken to the hospital due to his level of intoxication.
At 5:40 a.m. a caller said a passenger had missed her flight because she didn’t have ID. She’d rescheduled for a later flight and might need police to help confirm her ID.
A caller on Cascade Street said birds were getting in a full trash can again. An officer confirmed the can was open and trash was scattered. The residents told police they’d clean it up.
At 11:33 a.m. a caller said another dog attacked her dog, and they were at the vet. Police took photos.
A caller said her credit card and Social Security info were compromised in a scam.
A case of drug abuse was reported.
At 6:32 p.m. a skiff tied to a vessel at Eliason Harbor was reported taking on water, and looked like it would sink.
November 17
The harbors were told of a sinking skiff at 8:13 a.m. in Sealing Cove.
A resident called 911 to report an assault.
At 9:25 a.m. officers were advised of a dog running in a parking lot.
A BB was shot through a second floor window in the 1300 block of HPR.
A resident complained about a barking dog at 2:15 p.m. on Shuler Drive.
At 4:20 p.m. a small bear or cub was reported seen under trees at totem park. The caller said the bear appeared to be playing with a piece of wood and didn’t notice the walkers in the woods.
At 4:50 p.m. a resident called 911 to report a belligerent man scaring staff at a restaurant. Police talked to him, and determined he may be having an “episode.” He paid for his meal and agreed to leave.
At 5 p.m. a two-vehicle accident was reported at HPR and Nicole Drive. One vehicle was in a ditch, and there were no injuries.
A 911 caller said he fell and may have broken his leg.
At 6:20 p.m. a resident said he heard about a man talking to himself at the laundromat. Officers were advised.
At 8:15 p.m. a resident reported three suspicious vehicles on Kramer Avenue, with people inside using lighters. One empty vehicle was there when officers checked.
At 10:14 p.m. a resident said a man was living in a van on private property. Police talked to the property owner who said the man could leave his belongings but couldn’t sleep there.
November 18
A resident asked for a welfare check on a woman and police made an arrest.
At 2 a.m. a caller said someone spit on her car.

Noel See, 49, was charged Saturday with assault in the fourth degree, on a police officer.
Andrew C. Moore, 60, was arrested this morning on a charge of violating a domestic violence order.
Josilyn Reeves, 16, was cited for driving in violation of an instruction permit and having no proof of insurance.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received three requests for ambulances on Friday, one on Saturday and two on Sunday.
At 12:24 p.m. Saturday the fire hall received a call from Coast Guard Sector Juneau about an emergency location device signal coming from between Heart Lake and Thimbleberry Lake. A search and rescue member went to the site of the last “ping” on the device near the trailhead, and found that a hunter had fallen and triggered the device accidentally and was fine.
The hiker commented on social media that the SOS button on the device had a safety switch which was pushed over and the button got pressed in his pack, and he would take steps to prevent that from happening in the future.
