Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.
June 9
Parking problems were reported throughout the day: at the Castle Hill parking lot and at 102 Lincoln Street about 9:30 a.m.; at 800 Lake Street at 10:48 a.m.; at Sheet’ka Kwaan Naa Kahidi at 2:21 p.m.; again at the Castle Hill parking lot, at 3:15 p.m.; and in the 200 block of Lincoln Street at 3:19 p.m.
At 10:09 a.m. a disturbance was reported on Haven Lane.
At 12:49 p.m. plans were reported for a controlled burn at Silver Bay Seafoods.
At 1:11 p.m. a black Lab was reported off-leash at 100 Indian River Road.
At 1:18 p.m. three kids were reported riding bikes in Sitka National Historical Park. An officer advised them it’s against park rules.
At 4:49 p.m. police received a report of sexual abuse of a minor.
At 5:26 p.m. a domestic dispute over money was reported.
At 6:08 p.m. a caller reported lights on a boat trailer in the 500 block of SMC weren’t working.

June Mukpik, 40, was charged Wednesday with driving with a revoked license and violating conditions of release.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received three ambulance calls Wednesday: at 9:57 a.m., 1:34 p.m., and 2:02 p.m.
