SIGN OF THE TIMES – Visit Sitka’s Rachel Roy and Victoria Siegel put new fabric covers on barricades at the corner of Lincoln Street and Maksoutoff Street this morning. The covers, which will remain on the barricades for the remainder of the tourist season, welcome visitors in Tlingit and designate the downtown area as a pedestrian-only zone.
