The Daily Sitka Sentinel offers two (2) ad sizes at sitkasentinel.com — 728 x 90 pixels and 150 x 400 pixels.
Advertisers who wish to create their own ads may do so, but must conform to the requirements. Ads may be in either JPG, GIF, or animated GIF formats, and size of submitted files must not exceed 75 Kb. We can also design the ad for you for $25. The state Department of Health and Social Services has posted the following update on the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Alaska as of 11:55 pm Wednesday, May 4.
New cases as of Wednesday: 1,440
Total cases (cumulative) statewide – 246,345
Total (cumulative) deaths – 1,220
Total (cumulative) hospitalizations – 3,753
Current Hospitalizations – 33

“We about fell over, we were so excited,” Alaska Arts Southeast treasurer Mary Hames said, describing to the Chamber the reaction to news that the Ishiyama Foundation is donating $10,000 for an endowment for the Sitka Fine Arts Camp. Camp director Roger Schmidt said today the endowment means a lot in ensuring the longevity of the camp.
