This authentic Native cultural performance is educational and entertaining. All who attend are left with a lasting impression of the Tlingit people. Held in a modern rendition of a traditional style Tlingit Clan House, the performance begins with the sound of a resonating box drum and the aroma of burning cedar as it fills the room.
For dance performances, Tlingit dancers enter with beautiful regalia, mesmerizing the audience with ancient songs handed down through generations. Meet the dancers after the performance for an opportunity for additional photos and questions.
For storytelling performances, a Storyteller shares one of our Traditional Tlingit Yéil Tlaagú (Raven Origin) stories.
Tickets available at door ½ hr. prior to dance show. No reservations required or accepted. For private shows or groups of 25+ please call 1-907-747-7137.
