COMMUNITY CHOIR - Sitkans of all ages sing together on stage at the Performing Arts Center Sunday. The City of Sitka Parks and Recreation division presented the evening concert that included performances by the Community Choir and Community Orchestra. The groups have been rehearsing since January for the concert through Parks and Recreation organized programs. Drew Larson conducted the orchestra, which was open to those with their own instruments who are able to read music and Andrew Hames conducted the choir which was open to all.
