2 City Officials To Be Evaluated

Assembly members will give their annual evaluations of the municipal administrator and the city attorney at a special meeting tonight at Harrigan Centennial Hall.

John Leach was hired as administrator in October 2019, and his employment agreement has been amended each year since then.

Rachel Jones has been municipal attorney since last September.

Administrator and city attorney are the only two city employees who are hired directly by the Assembly.

The agenda for the special meeting says both Leach and Jones have requested that their evaluations be held in executive session.

The meeting will start at 6 p.m. in the Assembly chambers at Harrigan Centennial Hall.
