Sitka Police Department logged the following calls as of 8 a.m. today.
April 8
At 1 a.m. a deer with a broken leg was found in the 1700 block of HPR. Officers had to dispatch it, and it was taken to the Raptor Center.
Police assisted the adult probation office at 9:59 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Lakeside turned over to police several items that had been found at the store over time.
At 11:54 p.m. a bar reported a patron had become outraged when his credit card was denied. The bar didn’t want charges filed but also didn’t want the man to return.
April 9
At 7:13 a.m. a business in the 1200 block of SMC called about wanting a man trespassed.
At 2:58 p.m. a caller reported a man who had been trespassed from an apartment building had been seen there.
At 5:17 p.m. a caller said a man had been seen getting into cars at a SMC apartment building. The caller was told only the landlord could request he be trespassed.
At 8:49 p.m. kids were reported being loud on Shotgun Alley. Officers did not find any noisy kids.
At 11:56 p.m. kids were reported having a loud party at Herring Cove. Officers issued curfew citations.
April 10
At 1:41 a.m. officers reminded three people at the skate park about curfew hours.
At 10:47 a.m. a caller in the 4100 block of HPR complained a dog had been barking for several hours. The animal control officer was notified.
At 4:25 p.m. a couple was reported arguing on Marine Street. The woman agreed to leave.
At 6:18 p.m. a bicycle rider was reported hit by a vehicle. He was taken to Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Clinic.
At 8:17 p.m. a caller said while his son had been driving home on Rands Drive someone had fired a BB into the vehicle’s back window. Officers spoke to a juvenile who admitted fire the BB gun but said it was an accident. A case has been opened.

Sitka Fire Department received six ambulance calls Friday, none on Saturday, and another six on Sunday.
