Clarification
A story in Monday's Sentinel said Jonathan Gordon, 43, was arrested April 4 on a charge of assault in the third degree after being accused of pointing a pistol at people at the bus stop at AC Lakeside. The criminal complaint filed later said that when officers stopped Gordon as he was driving on Cascade Creek Road they found a black Sig Sauer GSR Co2 BB pellet gun in his pickup. The Sentinel did not have that information when the story was filed.
After his arrest Gordon posted $500 bail and was released. A hearing is scheduled 10:30 a.m. April 25.
