The following calls were recorded as of 8 a.m. today.

April 12

At 11:17 a.m. a caller said two vehicles had a collision in the 1200 block of HPR. No injuries occurred, and the drivers were given forms to fill out.

An officer gave a drug awareness talk at Sitka High in the afternoon.

At 6:31 p.m. an intoxicated man was reported on the ground in the 100 block of Lincoln Street. He was taken to the hospital.

At 8:53 p.m. a driver reported being tailgated in the area of Whale Park. Police were unable to find a vehicle matching the description.

Emergency Calls 

Sitka Fire Department received two ambulance calls Wednesday.
