Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.
April 24
A traffic complaint came in at 1:10 p.m. from the 3200 block of HPR.
A theft was reported at the Cove Marina.
A civil dispute was reported at 8:30 p.m. on Andrew Hope Street.
At 10:08 p.m. fireworks were reported in the 3100 block of HPR.
Citizen contact was made at O’Connell Bridge at 11:32 p.m.
April 25
At 5:18 a.m. a bear was reported checking out garbage cans at Vennetti Trailer Court on HPR.
Suspicious activity was reported on Jeff Davis Street at 1:26 p.m.; in the 300 block of Lincoln Street 1:37 p.m.; in the 500 block of Lake Street at 2:11 p.m.; and on Katlian Street at 3:40 p.m.
A citizen assist was requested at 2:21 p.m. at Centennial Hall.
A theft was reported in the 400 block of Katlian.
A theft was reported at Eliason Harbor at 6:01 p.m.
An animal problem was reported on Kinkead Street at 9:04 p.m.
April 26
At 12:18 a.m. suspicious activity was reported on Indian River Road.
Criminal mischief was reported at 5:28 a.m. on Herring Cove Road.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 1000 block of HPR at 2:40 a.m.
An animal problem was reported on Kirkman Drive at 6:28 p.m.
Sitka Police
Amanda Skultka, 33, was charged this morning with violating conditions of release.

Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 12:54 a.m. and 2:55 p.m. Friday; 9:11 a.m., 5:15 p.m., 8;50 p.m. and 10:15 mph Saturday; 12:11 a.m. and 2:03 p.m. Sunday; and 3:59 a.m. today.
