Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:

August 17

A theft was reported at Eliason Harbor.

A case of drunkenness was reported at 10:32 a.m. in the 100 block of Lincoln Street.

A vehicle was reported stolen at Eliason Harbor.

At 2:16 p.m. a vehicle hit and run was reported at Lakeside.

A theft was reported on Holly Lane at 5 p.m.

At 7:51 p.m. a disturbance was reported in the 3300 block of HPR.

A case of animal cruelty was reported on  Burkhart Street at 8 p.m.

August 18

At 1:50 a.m. a downtown bar reported a disturbance.

At 3:50 a.m. a case of drunkenness was reported at a downtown bar.

At 4:29 a.m. a bear was reported on Andrew P. Hope Street.

Emergency Calls

Sitka Fire Department received three ambulance calls Monday.
