Tribal Children’s Fair Thanks
Dear Editor: Sitka Tribe of Alaska recently hosted a Tribal children’s fair for STA citizen students in grades pre-K through high school. Our staff had a blast distributing school supplies, backpacks and books, and visiting with our families.

Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes;
City and Borough of Sitka Parks and Recreation Department;
Outer Coast College;
Sitka 4-H;

Sitka Sound Science Center;
Sitkans Against Family Violence;
Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium;
University of Alaska Southeast; and
U.S. Forest Service Sitka Ranger District.
We appreciate your support in ensuring our Tribal children are prepared for the new school year.
