August 2
At 1:36 a.m. suspicious activity was reported near the White Elephant shop.
Bear reports came in at 2:49 a.m. from the Granite Creek area; at 4:21 a.m., 4:36 a.m., 4:56 a.m. and 5:14 a.m. from Sea ‘n’ Ski Trailer Court; and at 6:56 a.m. from Darrin Drive.
At 11 a.m. suspicious activity was reported on Rands Drive.
At 4:29 p.m. a bear was reported on Darrin Drive.
An Indian River Road resident reported harassing phone calls.
At 5:43 p.m. a civil dispute was reported on Cascade Creek Road.
At 7 p.m. a bear call came in from Patterson Way.
At 8:08 p.m. an animal call came in from Mills Street.
At 9:53 p.m. a bear call came in from Tongass Drive, and at 10:25 p.m. bears were reported at the Coast Guard air station.
At 11:19 p.m. a theft was reported on Andrew P. Hope Street.
August 3
At 3:28 a.m. a bear was reported on Mills Street, and at 7 a.m. one was seen in the 2000 block of HPR.
At 7:34 a.m. suspicious activity was reported on Lance Drive.
At 7:39 a.m. suspicious activity was reported on Oceanview Street.
At 7:53 a.m. a bear report came in from the 1900 block of Cascade Creek Road.
