Cleanup Thanks

Dear Editor: On behalf of the Sitka Pioneers of Alaska, I would like to thank the following individuals for assisting with highway cleanup between Starrigaven and Old Sitka, and cleanup of the Pioneers of Alaska garden below the O’Connell Bridge, across from Mean Queen.

Joe and Flo Murray, Jamie Elstad, Shirley Perkins, Glenn Reid, and John Stein. Also a special thanks to the Sitka Rotary Club for providing litter grabbers and neon vests. Well done, one and all.

Blessings, President C. Joe Murray, Sitka
