Fundraiser Appreciation

Dear Editor: ALPS FCU recently hosted a silent auction fundraiser in conjunction with Tongass FCU to benefit Brave Heart Volunteers.

Because of donations from our fine local businesses, volunteers, and matching donations from both credit unions, we were able to raise $6,281 for Brave Heart and their mission.

We want to extend our sincerest thanks to the following local businesses for their generous donations: Alaska Pure Sea Salt Co., Mountain Miss Gear & Gifts, Stereo North, White’s Pharmacy, Guns of Alaska, Sitka Flowers & Gifts, and Highliner Coffee Co.

We also extend thanks to those who attended the auction, and to staff and volunteers of both credit unions for their help in making the event a success!
