ABORTION PILLS-WHAT TO KNOW — Chart. This AP digital embed chart shows estimates by the Guttmacher Institute of the number of women in states where abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy in both 2024 and 2025 who traveled to another state for abortions or obtained abortion-inducing medications through telehealth appointments. The study suggests far more women used telehealth to get medications than traveled in 2025 to end pregnancies. This chart is current as of March 23, 2026, and will not update.
