Last year's bill is estimated to reduce Medicaid funding by more than $900 billion over 10 years, according to an analysis by the health care research nonprofit KFF. This map shows the cuts by state as a percentage of 10-year baseline federal spending. This map is current as of April 1, 2026, and will not update.
