Police received the following calls between by 8 a.m. today.
February 22
An assault was reported on Shelikof Way at 12:58 a.m.
At 1:11 a.m. suspicious activity was reported on Hemlock Street; at 3:38 a.m. on Andrew P. Hope Street; at 4:53 a.m. on Andrews Street; and at 6:55 a.m. at the Raptor Center.
Citizen contact was made at 7:44 a.m. on Spruce Street and at 8:12 a.m. at Raptor Way and SMC.
A civil standby was requested on Lance Drive at 1:45 p.m.
A protective order was requested at 2:02 p.m. in the 3200 block of HPR.
A welfare check was requested on Osprey Street at 2:15 p.m.
A traffic accident with damage was reported at 2:21 p.m. in the 500 block of SMC.
A citizen assist was reported at 11:48 p.m. in the 2300 block of HPR.
Sitka Police
Spencer Upcraft, 23, was charged with driving under the influence Monday evening.
Wyatt R. Patrick, 25, was charged with assault.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 8:50 a.m., 2:46 p.m., 4 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Monday.
