Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.

February 24

At 9:10 a.m. a theft from a downtown business was reported.

A civil dispute was reported at 3:31 p.m. and is being checked out.

At 9:20 p.m. suspicious activity was reported on Wortman Loop.

At 9:36 p.m. a domestic problem was reported downtown.

At 11:42 p.m. a domestic problem was reported in the 2700 block of HPR.

At 11:55 p.m. a traffic stop at Sandy Beach was logged.

Sitka Police

Kevin J. David, 20, was charged Wednesday with driving while his license is revoked and violating conditions of release.
