The family of Mackenzie Augustus Clarke, 37, with profound sadness writes that he died unexpectedly on September 16 in Seattle.
The former Sitkan, a Sitka High graduate, was the beloved son of David and Raine Clarke, brother of Kelsie and Zachary Clarke.
Mackenzie’s personality was magnetic, his family said. "He was a singular individual; incorrigible, stubborn, vibrant, and opinionated. His honesty, generosity, infectious laughter, loyalty and love were priceless to all who knew him," they said. "We were blessed to have had him in our lives."
