Dear Editor: The day last week when there was one-lane traffic on O’Connell Bridge I was parked behind the flagger near the top. It was scary because two cruise ship buses and cement truck were oncoming the distance from bottom to top and past me in my RV.

The sensation was of rumbling, slight swaying and loss of control of my vehicle even though I was parked.

I’m voting yes for small town SOUL Proposition 1. I drive across the bridge twice daily.
