Infusion Team

Dear Editor: I would like to draw attention to and offer thanks to one of Sitka’s shining medical departments!

Right here in Sitka we have an amazing team of infusion nurses at SEARHC Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center. This incredible department is professionally and aptly run by Theresa Remington,  Jen Alley and Nancy Castleman. 

SEARHC’s Infusion Department can offer some chemo/immunotherapy infusions right here at home, negating having to travel outside of Sitka for these services. This is so important for those of us wanting to heal in our own homes, and minimizes travel/hotel expenses.
