January 14, 2021, Letters to the Editor

Presidency

Dear Editor: Thank you for publishing letters from a variety of viewpoints. I appreciate knowing who the conservative extremists are and choose to avoid their businesses. I will write a letter to Alaska’s governor regretting that he used state money to support lies. I have thanked Lisa for not accepting the lies and fulfilling her oath to uphold the Constitution.

I have heard the far left referred to as anarchists, now I know the far right are as well. I appreciate that protests have remained peaceful in sitka.

I add Trump to the few incompetent presidents such as Harding. Though Jackson was a Democrat, I consider him an embarrassment. I’m beginning to see D.T. as seeking only his personal gain. He has used the presidency to promote his financial wealth.

I am looking forward to the next president who has already chosen cabinet members who know more than he does on their subject. The new cabinet holds fewer puppets.
