Dear Editor: Do you want to know an easy way to support Sitka nonprofits?
When you file for your 2024 Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend this winter, you can share the wealth with Sitka nonprofits through the Pick.Click.Give. charitable donation program. There are 27 Sitka-based nonprofits participating in the program.
You can apply for your PFD from Jan. 1 to March 31 at pfd.alaska.gov. To learn more, go to www.pickclickgive.org.

Correction
    An update on a Jan. 9 boat accident on page 1 of Tuesday’s Sentinel had an incorrect first name for one of the three survivors, from a Coast Guard report. His name is Justin Ipock.
    The Sentinel regrets the error.
