MAGA Meaning

Dear Editor: I have a difficult time understanding what MAGA (make America great again) means.

Does it mean that we are to return to destroying the Indian Native culture and the land they worked so hard to develop and loved? Does it mean that we are to return to 100’s of years of slavery, torture, and the many years after and to this day of demoralizing other races?

What is so grand about being white and Christian? Does it mean a return to corporations being monopolies?

Why go backwards, let’s make this country one that everyone is equal, we all get to vote, we all get health care, we are all taxed with fairness, we all have housing and food. I just do not understand why we cannot learn from history, let us build a future where we are  kind, and good to each other.
