The following calls were recorded as of 8 a.m. today.

January 23

At 8 a.m. a domestic problem was reported in the 800 block of HPR.

At 11:16 a.m. a 92-year-old woman reported someone was tampering with her computer. Officers were advised.

A driver’s license was turned in at the police station, and later was returned to the owner.

A caller reported someone was sitting on the Indian River Bridge railing. Police found he was just looking at the flowing water.

At 11:33 p.m. a caller reported hearing people talking through a hotel wall.

Emergency Calls

Sitka Fire Department received three ambulance calls and one false alarm fire call Monday.
