SEARHC Meeting
Dear Editor: At the Dec. 12 Assembly meeting, Dr. Elliot Bruhl said that the Sitka Community Health Council would be meeting on Jan. 31. He said that the Jan. 31 meeting would be the one and only meeting this year where Sitkans could meet with SEARHC to ask questions or express concerns.
I have seen no advertisement for this meeting. The meeting is not listed on the Community Calendar in January or February. I have seen no PSAs advertising the meeting.
Since Sitkans only have one opportunity each year to speak with SEARHC, I would hope that SEARHC would give at least two weeks’ notice to the public about the time, place and agenda for the meeting. Thank you.
