Medvejie Run
Dear Editor: A big thanks to all who participated in this year’s Medvejie Run. Another successful fundraiser for Sitka High track and cross country teams. We would like to thank our sponsors: Nuerobehavioral Consultants, LLC Foreign Automotive, Petro Marine, Allen Marine, Hansen’s Marine and Christine Harrington, CPA. And of course all the volunteers who helped out with the race: Captain Lance Ewers and Sitka Search and Rescue, Chris Horan, Julie White, Jan and Terry Lovett, and Denny Lewis.
We’ll see you next year,
Murray and Carolyn for the
Medvejie Run
Gilnettings
Dear Editor: The last paragraph of the Gilnettings Friday, July 8, should have read: The Totem newcomer operated out of Sitka with non-stop flights to Seattle.
