Police received the following calls as of 8 a.m. today:

July 1

At 1:11 a.m. and 1:28 a.m. callers reported a bear on Naomi Kanosh Lane.

A report of drunkenness was logged at 12:26 p.m. at Lake and Lincoln streets.

At 2:04 p.m. a robbery was reported at the Lincoln Street restrooms. As of 9 a.m. today police said no arrests had been made and an investigation is under way.

At 2:22 p.m. a caller reported a burglary on DeArmond Street. As of 9 a.m. today no arrests had been made, police said, and an investigation was underway.

A vehicle was reported stolen from the skate park at 2:54 p.m. today.

A parking problem was reported in the 400 block of Lake Street at 5:50 p.m.

A disturbance was reported on Tilson Street at 6:22 p.m.

A caller reported suspicious activity at Crescent Harbor at 9:41 p.m.

At 10:44 p.m. a caller reported a theft in the 2200 block of HPR.

A parking problem was reported at Crescent Harbor at 11:58 p.m.

 

Emergency Calls

Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 8:30 a.m., 1:19 p.m. and 5:30  p.m. today.
