Police received the following calls as of 8 a.m. today:

June 15

At 12:49 a.m. criminal mischief was reported in the 1600 block of SMC.

At 10:43 a.m. criminal mischief was reported at the Moller ball field.

At 2:24 p.m. a welfare check was requested in the 3500 block of HPR.

At 7:58 p.m. an assault was reported at Thomsen Harbor.

At 9:27 p.m. fireworks were reported being set off in the 4000 block of HPR.

June 16

At 2:18 a.m. a disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Edgecumbe Drive.

Sitka Police

Nicholas Bryant, 30, was charged with two counts of terroristic threatening in the second degree, and two counts of assault in the third degree.

Emergency Calls

Sitka Fire Department received five ambulance calls Monday and one early today.
