Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.

June 17

At 12:25 a.m. citizen contact was made in the 2100 block of HPR.

At 12:30 a.m. a bear was seen on Naomi Kanosh Lane.

At 12:40 a.m. a disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of SMC.

At 1:10 a.m. a citizen assist was logged on Raptor Way.

At 1:19 a.m. disorderly conduct was investigated in the 1200 block of SMC.

A vehicle was reported abandoned at Totem Park.

A family dispute was reported at downtown apartments.

A civil dispute was reported in the 300 block of Lake Street at 12:13 p.m.

Welfare checks were requested on Indian River Road at 12:36 p.m. and on Lake Street at 3;52 p.m.

A civil dispute was reported on Osprey Street at 7:12 p.m.

At 7:29 p.m. fireworks were reported off the 1300 block of SMC.

A problem with a juvenile was  reported at 9:38 p.m. in the 1200 block of HPR.

June 18

At 6:14 a.m. an incident of drunkenness was reported at Baranof and Biorka streets.

 

Emergency  Calls

Sitka Fire Department received three ambulance calls Thursday.
