Police Blotter
Sitka police logged the following calls by 8 a.m. today:
June 18
A man reported a bicycle was stolen from Eliason Harbor.
A caller asked for an ambulance for a woman who had fallen the previous night and was reporting pain and dizziness. She was taken to a hospital.
A man reported losing a brown leather men’s wallet.
A caller said he was caretaker for a man getting harassing phone calls from a number in Florida. After the caller blocked the number, calls started from another number and nude photos were texted. The owner of that phone said he hadn’t made any calls or sent texts. Police determined the man’s phone had been phished and the actual caller was unknown.
At 3:23 p.m. a caller said his truck had been hit in the Seamart parking lot.
A possibly abandoned vehicle was reported at the Gavan Hill trail parking lot. Police tagged it for being junked.
At 4:26 p.m. a caller on Eagle Way said a couple of tweakers were rearranging things in a white Dodge on his property, and he wanted police to have them leave. An officer spoke to a woman who didn’t have a license and a man who refused to give his name, and walked away. The woman called her boyfriend to come move the vehicle.
At 5:56 p.m. a hospital asked for help in finding a possible title 47 patient who had left the hospital against medical advice and still had an IV in his arm. Officers were advised.
A caller complained a man yelled at her and made her cry because she was riding his old bike. She said his brother had given her the bike and told her it wasn’t his anymore. The caller’s mom told police she’d talked to the man and they worked everything out. The caller was told to contact police if the man harassed or yelled at her again.
June 19
At 1:21 a.m. a caller on Indian River Road said he was hearing a woman screaming and a man yelling somewhere near the woods next to Aurora’s Watch. When officers arrived the noise had stopped. They patrolled the area but found no sounds of a disturbance.
At 2:17 a.m. an anonymous caller reported getting a text saying a friend had been in a domestic fight earlier in the evening and was injured. At 3:47 a.m. a hospital reported a woman who had been beaten was in the ER. Police made an arrest.
Sitka Police
Nicholi Littlefield, 34, was charged early this morning with assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence; violating conditions of release; and harassment in the first degree.

Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 10:54 a.m., 11:40 a.m., 3:10 p.m. and 5:28 p.m. Tuesday.
