Police Blotter
The following calls were logged before 8 a.m. today:
February 28
At 7:27 a.m. a caller in the 4700 block of HPR reported a neighbor had been screaming throughout the night. Police saw no signs of a crime, and advised the neighbor of the complaint.
At 12:50 p.m. a 911 caller said a man had fallen in a bar and didn’t look too well. He was taken to a hospital.
At 3 p.m. a caller said a dead eagle was on the ground at Starrigavan. The Raptor Center and troopers were told.
An officer spoke with a caller who had a question about a civil issue.
At 7 p.m. a caller said multiple vehicles were speeding on Burkhart Drive. She was advised of her options.
At 7:20 p.m. a caller said a truck was parked outside a Kramer Avenue house that the caller was keeping an eye on for the owner.
At 10:15 p.m. a caller said a man had passed out on a table at a park on DeArmond Street. The man told officers he had had an emotional night and was able to care for himself.

Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 10:59 a.m., 12;52 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. Thursday.
