Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.
February 26
At 11:05 a.m. suspicious activity was reported on Etolin Way.
At 11:56 a.m. a civil dispute was reported in the 700 block of Lake Street.
A disturbance was reported on Etolin Way at 4:04 p.m.
A report of a minor consuming on Harbor Drive came in at 4:24 p.m.
At 7 p.m. a traffic accident with damage was reported on Lance Drive.
At 11:10 p.m. suspicious activity was reported in the 1200 block of SMR.
February 27
At 2:26 a.m. a welfare check was requested in the 1300 block of HPR.
A theft was reported in the 700 block of HPR at 4:27 p.m.
Suspicious activity was reported on Etolin Way at 8:36 and 8:47 p.m.
February 28
At 5:43 a.m. a welfare check was requested at Sandy Beach.
At 12:31 p.m. a traffic complaint at Baranof Elementary School was logged.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 10 a.m. and 10:55 p.m. Friday; 4:39 a.m., 7:06 a.m. and 8:54 p.m. Saturday, and 11:53 a.m. and 1:04 p.m.
Marriages
The following couples applied for marriage licenses in February: Mica Towsend Trani and Allison Joy Massey; and Raymond Scott Merryman and Anel Xail Figueroa-Durazo.
Divorces
Benjamin William Huber and Kristin Lee (Johns) Basmasian were granted a divorce in February.
