Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.
March 11
At 10:49 a.m. a traffic accident with damage was reported near Moller ball field.
Citizen contact was made in the 2000 block of HPR at 11:41 a.m.
At 1:19 p.m. a stalking order was issued at the court.
At 3:07 p.m. suspicious activity was reported in the 2000 block of Cascade Creek Road.
At 3:41 p.m. an animal problem was reported at totem park visitors center.
At 4:45 p.m. a protective order was issued on Lance Drive.
An animal problem was reported at 6:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of HPR.
A domestic problem was reported on Burkhart Street at 11:01 p.m.
Sitka Police
Angelei Young, 19, was charged Thursday night with assault, domestic violence.
William Ward, 56, was charged Thursday night with driving under the influence.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 5 p.m. and 9:21 p.m. Thursday.
At 11:30 a.m. Thursday a fire alarm sounded on Flume Circle, but it was triggered by burnt food, not a fire.
