Police received the following calls as of 8 a.m. today (limited information available):
March 12
At 2:03 a.m. a traffic complaint was received for the 200 block of Lincoln Street.
A noise complaint was received at 2:15 a.m. in the 100 block of Indian River.
Police checked on a report of drunkenness in the 200 block of Lincoln Street.
Traffic stops were conducted at 7:55 a.m. in the 1600 block of HPR, at 8:12 a.m. in the 1100 block of Edgecumbe Drive, and 8:22 a.m. in the 500 block of HPR.
Police contacted a citizen at Blatchley Middle School at 8:30 a.m., in Eliason Harbor at 9:16 a.m., and on Smith Street at 5:39 p.m.
Officers were asked to address an animal problem at 9:02 a.m. on Smith Street, and in the 3500 block of HPR at 10:55 a.m.
At 1 p.m. a traffic accident with an injury was reported in the 900 block of HPR.
Civil standbys were conducted at 2:40 p.m. and 3:29 p.m.
Police checked on a report of suspicious activity on Kaagwaantaan Street at 4:26 p.m.

March 13
Traffic stops were conducted at 12:36, 12:57 and 2:52 a.m.
Grand Jury
Christopher D. Kodger, 53, was indicted Thursday by a Sitka grand jury for theft in the second degree. Court documents said on March 6 he used an access device or identification document of another.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 1:05, 4:53 and 11:30 p.m. Thursday.
In Court
Michael D. Pizzaro, 51 was sentenced to 10 days, suspended, for disorderly conduct- challenging to a fight. He was originally charged with assault in the fourth degree (recklessly injure), but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge. He will be on probation for a year.
