The following calls came in by 8 a.m. today.
March 13
At 9:35 a.m. a hotel said a guest had broken out a window.
A caller asked for a check on an intoxicated woman with two men in the 500 block of HPR. The woman could barely walk and at one point one of the men carried her, then dropped her, the caller said. The woman registered a .338 PBT and was taken to a hospital.
A resident asked for help with his out-of-control juvenile daughter. The child was taken to the hospital.
At 11:28 p.m. a 911 caller reported a couple yelling and screaming on Anna Drive. The man was given a disorderly conduct warning and went home.
March 14
At 2:34 a.m. a taxi driver asked for a welfare check on an intoxicated man. He was taken into protective custody.
At 6:04 a.m. a backpack was picked up in the 200 block of Lincoln Street.
In Court
Walter L. Boyd, 35, was sentenced to 365 days, with 345 suspended, for theft in the second degree. He is to pay restitution and will be on probation. He is to have no contact with three specific people. Dismissed was a charge of theft in the fourth degree. Probation was modified with more conditions after he violated conditions of probation.
A charge of driving in violation of an instruction permit was dismissed against Austin Fitka, 20.
A disorderly conduct charge against Shelby V. Shodda, 54, was dismissed.
A charge of violating release conditions was dismissed against Ryan M. Travelstad, 24.
