At 5 a.m. a car accident with property damage was reported in the 1100 block of Edgecumbe drive.
A traffic stop was made at 8:27 a.m. in the 600 block of HPR.
Several complaints were called in about traffic-related problems.
Suspicious activity was reported at a group home at 9:40 a.m.
A car accident was reported at 10:28 a.m. on Jamestown Drive.
Suspicious activity was reported on Kaagwaantaan Street at 1:17 p.m. and 3:51 p.m.
A traffic stop was made in the 1200 block of SMC at 3:40 p.m.
A traffic complaint was reported in the 1300 block of SMC at 3:42 p.m.
Suspicious activity was reported on Kelly Street 4:38 p.m.
In Court
Cathy L. Carlson, 52, was sentenced to 200 days, with 160 suspended, on a charge of assault in the fourth degree (recklessly injure). She will be on probation for two years. Among conditions of probation are a requirement to complete anger management counseling. Dismissed were charges of violating conditions of release and assault in the fourth degree (two counts).

Sitka Fire Department received calls for medical help at 3:30 p.m. and 3:55 p.m. Wednesday and 4:58 a.m. today.
