Police Blotter
Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.
March 4
At 9:56 a.m. a traffic accident with damage was reported in the 4300 block of HPR.
A wildlife violation was reported at 1:21 p.m. in the 400 block of Lake Street. Food for the swans and ducks on Swan Lake had been left in the roadway, causing traffic problems.
A stalking order was processed.
An agency assist was requested in the 3200 block of HPR.
A traffic accident with damage was reported at Sea Mart.
A civil dispute was reported on Kaagwaantaan Street at 7:49 p.m.
At 10:35 p.m. suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of Katlian.
March 5
At 2:49 a.m. apartments on Burkhart Street reported electrical problems. The city electric department was notified.
A welfare check was requested at 4:48 a.m. in the 400 block of Lake Street.
Sitka Police
Carlos Macias, 30, was charged with a probation violation.
Randi Castillo, 27, was charged with a probation violation.
Leonty Williams, 29, was charged with a probation violation.
Emergency Calls
Sitka Fire Department received four ambulance calls Thursday.
