New Bus Stop
Dear Editor: I’ve addressed this to the City and Borough of Sitka Assembly.
The new bus stop across from Bayview Pub presents hazards to bus drivers, to other drivers, to passengers and to pedestrians. The city is liable for the poor design of the bus stop. Use of the stop should be cancelled until further notice. At the very least, a thorough safety review should be conducted by appropriate third party traffic engineers.
