Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today.

May 25

At 3:26 a.m. a domestic problem was reported in the 2000 block of SMC.

At 4:15 p.m. a protective order in the 3400 block of HPR was logged.

At 7:58 a.m. trash was reported scattered by a bear on Kaasda Heen Circle.

At 1:59 p.m. a theft was reported at a hotel.

At 5:211 p.m. a civil dispute over keys to a box was reported at the Post Office.

At 6:56 p.m. juveniles were reported smoking near the downtown lightering facility. Officers spoke to a guardian.

May 26

At 2:41 a.m. a security check was made at Mt. Edgecumbe High School.

At 6:12 a.m. a security check was made in the 700 block of Katlian.

Sitka Fire Department received seven ambulance calls Tuesday.
